Ten years in equity capital markets in Australia, Asia and Emerging Markets, encompassing sales, research and origination roles at Intersuisse, Carnegie, NatWest Markets and Bankers Trust.
Ian focuses on equities, derivatives and hedge funds, and is well regarded for his work with sales, management and trading teams.
Ian founded Alpha Development in 2003 to deliver specific, customised learning and development solutions to global investment banks. |

Fifteen years experience within securities lending, collateral management and relationship management. He has worked with operations teams in Europe the Middle East and Asia, and was a team leader within Reuter’s support group for global commodities.
Chris has trained extensively on product knowledge, and behavioural skills, where he specialises in relationship management and client service. |

Christian’s background is in Corporate Banking and Markets and he has been providing training and consultancy services to the financial services sector for well over a decade. He has extensive experience with from clients across Asia-Pac, The Middle East, Europe, and North and South America. His areas of expertise include corporate-wide programmes ranging from change management implementations to technical content enhancement strategies.
He is a Danish national, has lived and worked in Copenhagen, Hong Kong and Amsterdam and has called London home for the last 20 years. |

Matt Wall MA CFA MSI
Capital markets career at Barclays, SocGen and Nomura, structuring derivatives for hedge funds, corporates and governments. Specialised in Convertible Bonds, requiring expertise across fixed income and equities, cash and derivatives.
He has trained front, middle and back office staff in London, Europe and New York. He is a CFA Charterholder, a Member of the Securities Institute and a graduate of Oxford University. |
